I.T.S. Construction Inc. completed the first phase of a new private roadway installation, delivering approximately 500 m of roadway infrastructure from development through to final construction.

Our team was responsible for coordinating regulatory approvals, completing survey layout, advancing the roadway design, and executing full construction services, including tree clearing, installation of a precast box culvert watercourse crossing, cast-in-place concrete curb works, road subgrade preparation, aggregate placement, and ditch construction with rock lining for long-term drainage stability.

This integrated approach allowed the project to progress efficiently from concept to construction while ensuring compliance with environmental requirements and providing a durable access route to support future site development phases.
